– Okay, three tips for losing belly fat without giving up the beer.
Number one, eat 22 calories per kilo of body weight… so if you weigh 100 kilos, you eat 2200 calories.
That’s gonna put you in a calorie deficit and you’ll still lose belly fat, even though you’re drinking beer.
So, you don’t have to give up the things you love.
It’s all about creating a calorie deficit.
And it doesn’t matter which diet you follow, whether it’s keto, intermittent fasting, could be grapefruits diet, they all work the same.
It’s just a calorie deficit.
So, number one, create a calorie deficit and that’s eating 22 calories per kilo of body weight.
Number two, eat lots of protein.
So, per kilo of body weight, you wanna eat 1.8 grams of protein.
So, for 100 kilo man, you’re eating 180 grams of protein every day.
So, the more that you reduce your calories, the more you gotta eat your protein, just to get that lean muscle up.
Also, protein will keep you fuller for longer so you’ll eat less calories and you’ll actually burn twice as much energy digesting protein as you would carbs, so you actually burn calories by eating protein as well.
So, that’s number two.
And then number three, lastly, is to lift weights at least three times per week for 30 minutes.
Muscle is the only tissue that’s metabolically expensive, so the more muscle that you’ve got, the higher metabolism, high metabolism, the more calories you’ll burn.
So, those three tips…. You don’t have to give up the beer.
You can keep on drinkin’ as long as you stay within the calorie deficit, you’re eating plenty of protein, and you’re lifting weights three times a week.
