How does Madonna do it? How does she keep herself looking so fabulous through the years?

Train for 2 hours a day and 6 days in a week. That’s how Madonna does it.

According to Nicole, the queen of pop prioritizes her workouts, consistently keeping to schedule and giving up what needs to be given up to do so. Her motivation? Madonna only wants to give her best and faithfully keeping to the training helps her achieve that.

Here’s a bit from the article on news.com.au:

Personal Training, Madonna-Style

Here are a few nuggets that personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer offered:

Personal Training Wisdom By Nicole Winhoffer

1.On Commitment

“Why can’t you do it?” This is what celebrity trainer, Nicole Winhoffer asks. She stresses that commitment is key. Basically, she suggests that you work around your reasons why you can’t do it. If you can’t leave your house (or don’t want to), DVD workouts just might be what you need.

2.On Scheduling

If you’re not doing anything about it, you have no right to whine or complain about how big or fat you look.

Have you ever heard of the saying, “If you want something, you’ll make time?” Nicole Winhoffer stresses that she works with the busiest woman alive and yet, this woman finds the time to work out. She says that if you need to go to work from 8am, you wake up much earlier to hit the gym or at least, do some routines.

Her recommendation is to do at least 30 minutes of cardio exercises and 30 minutes of toning for at least, five times a week.

3. On Lifestyle

The key is to adapt 1 small change in a day. Go for a little bit of treadmill on Monday, quit soda on Tuesday and so forth.

4. On Diet

Personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer says that the fastest way to lose the weight is to focus on proteins because proteins propel your metabolism to digest harder; it keeps you full and it keeps you lean.

Weight loss takes hard work but with a reliable personal training program, you can make it possible. Dangerously fit is Sydney’s #1 boot camp program for a reason. Sign up for our$1 One Week Trial  now.
