I found this inspirational fitness video on youtube this morning.
I love to watch these videos when I’m in need of some motivation… or getting ready for an intense workout.
Do you have any habits or rituals you use to get pumped before having a workout, or what do you do if your’e in need of some much needed motivation?
Personally, I think everyone should be continually reading and watching positive books and video’s… after all – like Earl Nightingale used to say….
“You become what you think about.”
