Here are my 4 favourite kettlebell figure of 8 exercises.

I like to use them as part of my warm up or I add them into a flow workout or metcon workout for some active recovery.

The first 2 are hip dominant exercises and the last 2 are quad dominant. Add them to your workout for some extra variety.

  2. Kettlebell figure 8 swing
  3. Kettlebell figure 8 squat
  4. Kettlebell figure 8 squat hold
