There are a various variations of the kettlebell goblet squat, here are my 3 favorites.

1. Holding the horns with the bell below the the handle. This is probably the easiest and the grip I use for beginners.

2. Holding the bell itself with the handle below the bell.

3. Holding the horns with the kettlebell upside down. This is the most challenging of the 3, since the point of contact (grip) is much smaller than the mass of the bell.
