The steel mace thor punch is a very athletic movement that will work the core, legs, shoulders and get the heart pumping.

Teaching Points

  1. Stand in a boxers stance.
  2. Keep your core braced.
  3. Grip the mace or close to the mace head (Thor grip)
  4. Step forward and powerfully punch the mace towards the floor in a 45-degree angle.
  5. Then step back bringing the mace bell close to the shoulder and punch the macebell towards the sky at a 45 degree angle.
  6. Repeat movement.
