O.k… you’ve just agreed to run the Sydney Tough Mudder race on November 15th/16th.
What now?
You might be wondering how the hell do I train for a 20km race in mud, water, scaling 10 foot walls and running through the “Electric Shock Therapy”… (Tough Mudders famous 10.000 volt obstacle).
If you haven’t started training yet… you should.

Unfortunately I can’t help you with the electric shocks, tasering people is illegal in Australia… but the rest I can.
Dangerously Fit have designed a fitness program that will give you the strength and fitness needed to finish Tough Mudder without injury, feeling strong and with enough energy to do it again.
Our 8 week training program kicks off 20th September and is FREE to all DF members ($197 to non-members), training will be held in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney from 7am till 8.30am.
