In this week’s video, we’re going to put together all the fundamental Indian club exercises we’ve covered over the past few weeks into a beginner-friendly workout.

There are 5 exercises, and each round lasts for 5 minutes. Perform 45 seconds of work, rest for 15 seconds, then move straight into the next exercise. Once all 5 exercises are completed, take a 60-second rest, then start round #2.

There are 3 x 5-minute rounds in total, with a 60-second rest between each round, total workout time is 17 minutes.

You can also use this workout as a warm-up by completing just 1 x 5-minute round.
