Dan here from Dangerously Fit.

In this week’s video, I’m running you through a full body steel club workout – I call it the Steel Club Sidewinder.

This is a workout I’ve been using all week, and today I’m going to run through it as a follow along session.

Before we get started, welcome to the new Dangerously Fit training studio!

I’m looking forward to creating a lot more content for you from this space.

Now, let’s get into today’s workout.

The first part of the round is a flow workout where you’ll move from one exercise to the next.

As soon as you’ve completed the flow on both sides of the body, perform 10 reps of push-ups and 10 reps of squats.

Take a 60-second rest and repeat; power through as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

Today, I’m going to be using a 12kg steel club, which is around about 26.5 lb.

I have a few other clubs here as well.

So, if I start to fatigue in those later rounds, I can drop down in weight.

We’ll go through the exercises now.

  • Outside clean
  • Outside 180
  • Side swing
  • Side swipe
  • Side push press
  • Side snatch
  • Reverse mill

10 x Order squat
10 x Shena board Hindu push-ups

If you’re not too sure of any of these exercises, be sure to go through the YouTube library.

We’ve got all of these exercises that covered inside that library so you can come back anytime.

That’s it for today’s workout!

If you’re interested in the equipment I’m using today, or you’d like to dive deeper with one of our online training programs or instructor certifications, you’ll find all the links in the description below.

Thanks again for watching, and I’ll see you in the next workout!
