Hey guys, Dan here from Dangerously Fit.
In this week’s video, we’re going a heavy two-handed clubbell flow using the Maverick Torque Pro.
The club is loaded to around 20 kg (44 lbs), and thanks to the longer handle, it swings beautifully for powerful two-handed work… not just single-arm training.
I don’t normally do much two-handed club training (I usually save that for the mace), but because the Torque Pro is essentially a long club / short mace hybrid, it gives you the best of both worlds.
One tool… single-arm, double-arm, and full two-handed movements.
This workout is a full-body sequence that builds strength, improves conditioning, and hits every major muscle group in one flow.
Instructions:
Start each round every minute on the minute (EMOM), perform the exercises listed below as a flow, and try to complete them as quickly as possible to maximise the rest before the next round starts (always maintaining good form).
Each round should last between 30-45 seconds.
If you’re quicker, add an additional weight plate; if you’re slower, remove a weight plate.
Power through AMRAP in 15-minutes.
Exercises:
- Swing to Thruster
- Gamma Cast
- Arm Cast to Squat
- Alternating Side Swing
- Alternating 180s
- Alternating Two-Handed Mill (2 reps each side)
Enjoy!
