In this week’s video, I’m taking you through a simple steel club flow that builds strong, durable shoulders and serious grip strength.

It’s a workout I’ve been using this week, and in this video I’ll run you through it step by step as a follow-along session.

It takes your shoulders through multiple planes of movement and hits something most training completely misses… multi-planar strength.

Not just up and down, but through rotation, range, and control.

This is what builds durable, resilient shoulders.

Plus, your grip gets smoked in the process.

It’s a 16-minute follow-along workout you can do at home… no big setup, no messing around.

Exercises:
1️⃣ Reverse Mill
2️⃣ Side Swing
3️⃣ Iron Cross Rotation
4️⃣ Shield Cast to Mill
5️⃣ Side Swipe
6️⃣ Reverse Mill Switch

Instructions:
Perform 2 rounds which will take you approx 90-seconds
Then take a 30 second rest
AND… Power through 8 sets in total which will take you approx 16-minutes
