The Dangerously Fit Workout Of The Week (DF WOW) kicks off on February 7th.
Each week the WOW will be held at a different Sydney location focusing on different training methods such as hills, stairs, sand dunes etc.
The classes will held Saturday mornings at 8.30 in the Eastern Suburbs and St George.
If you are an active member of Dangerously Fit the Saturday classes are Free and you can also bring one friend with you for FREE.
