PART 1 — Redefining Control

But static tension is not control.
Control is the ability to:

Core Principle
Control is trained in motion — not in stillness.
If someone can brace but cannot decelerate,
they are rigid — not controlled.
PART 2 — Dynamic Stabilization
Dynamic stabilization means:
• Maintaining structure during acceleration
• Maintaining alignment during deceleration
• Managing asymmetry under load
• Resisting unwanted rotation
It is not about eliminating movement.
