This is where it becomes real.

Give them 3–4 client profiles.

They must:

• Identify dominant pillar

• Identify weakest pillar

• Explain bias

• Select load behaviours

• Explain what they would delay

No sets.

No exercises.

Just structural reasoning.

Example:

Client:

Strong bilateral squat.

Limited rotation.

Shaky single-leg stance.

Questions:

  1. Primary dominance?
  2. Weak pillar?
  3. First 4-week emphasis?
  4. Which load behaviours are appropriate?
  5. What should be reduced?

This tests system thinking.
