STRUCTURE


PART 1 — What We Are Actually Assessing

Clarify immediately:

We are not testing maximum strength.

We are evaluating:

How force is produced, controlled, and expressed.

Then state:

Strength numbers don’t reveal how force behaves.

That sets tone.


PART 2 — Production Capacity

Define:

Force production

= the ability to generate load efficiently.

We observe:

• Rate of acceleration

• Smoothness of effort

• Compensation under load

• Over-bracing

• Speed collapse

Clarify:

High load tolerance does not equal efficient force.

Then say:

Production without organization can hide imbalance.

Consistent with earlier messaging.


PART 3 — Absorption Capacity

This is critical.

Define:

Force absorption

= the ability to decelerate and reorganize load safely.

We observe:

• Control during lowering

• Rotation deceleration

• Landing mechanics

• End-range control

• Loss of posture under recoil

Clarify:

Most breakdown happens during deceleration — not acceleration.

Then state:

If someone can create force but cannot absorb it, durability is compromised.

Strong and clear.


PART 4 — Acceleration vs Grind Patterns

Explain:

Grind-dominant lifter:

• Slow concentric

• Constant tension

• No relaxation

• Limited elasticity

Acceleration-competent lifter:

• Explosive production

• Clear relaxation phase

• Controlled deceleration

We are not judging style.

We are observing:

Is force adaptive?

Then say:

Grinding builds output.

Adaptive force builds resilience.

That’s consistent with Module 2.


PART 5 — Bilateral vs Unilateral Discrepancy

Explain:

Strong bilateral lift

Weak unilateral variation

Reveals:

• Stability reliance

• Asymmetry masking

• Control gap

Then state:

Symmetry under heavy load does not guarantee structural balance.

That’s important.


PART 6 — Plane-Specific Strength

Explain:

Most strength testing is sagittal.

Assess whether:

• Frontal plane strength exists

• Rotational strength exists

• Deceleration in transverse plane exists

Clarify:

Plane-specific weakness often appears before global weakness.

Then say:

If force only exists in one direction, adaptability is limited.

Clean and defensible.


PART 7 — Outcome of Force Assessment

Assessment should answer:

• Is force underdeveloped?

• Is force dominant relative to range and control?

• Is deceleration weak?

• Is force primarily sagittal?

• Is grind bias present?

Then close with:

Force assessment tells us whether strength is balanced — or overpowering the structure.

That ties perfectly to the Triangle.
