STRUCTURE


PART 1 — From Observation to Profile

Start here:

Assessment gives data.

Profiling gives direction.

Then state:

A structural profile is not a diagnosis.

It is a proportion map.

That keeps it professional and non-medical.


PART 2 — Step 1: Categorize Primary Dominance

Ask:

Which pillar appears strongest relative to the others?

Force dominant

Range dominant

Control dominant

Balanced but underdeveloped

Clarify:

Dominance is about proportion — not superiority.

Then say:

Dominance tells you what may be overpowering the system.


PART 3 — Step 2: Identify the Weakest Pillar

Ask:

Which pillar consistently breaks down under stress?

Range restriction?

Control collapse?

Force deficiency?

Then state:

The weakest pillar determines programming bias.

Simple.

Clean.

Actionable.


PART 4 — Step 3: Identify the Most Overdeveloped Pillar

This is important.

Ask:

Which pillar has progressed without the others keeping pace?

Force outpacing control

Range outpacing strength

Control outpacing range

Then say:

The most overdeveloped pillar often hides the problem.

That’s a strong coaching insight.


PART 5 — Step 4: Determine Programming Priority

Now clarify the programming shift.

Programming is not:

“What exercise should I add?”

Programming is:

• What needs restoring?

• What needs balancing?

• What must keep pace?

Then state clearly:

Programming priority is determined by imbalance — not preference.

That’s powerful.


PART 6 — Example Scenarios (Keep Brief)

Example 1:

Force dominant + restricted range

→ Bias multi-planar range under load

→ Reduce grind dominance

Example 2:

Range dominant + unstable

→ Increase control and force integration

Example 3:

Bilateral strong + unilateral unstable

→ Increase asymmetrical exposure

Keep it light.

Programming detail comes later.


PART 7 — Close Module 3

End with:

Assessment drives programming.

Then reinforce:
