Theme: Balance determines durability.

🎯 Teaching Objective

By the end of this lesson, the coach should:

  • Understand that the Triangle drives programming
  • See imbalance as the core decision-making lens
  • Be ready to assess clients structurally
  • Understand durability as proportional development

STRUCTURE

PART 1 — Zooming Back Out

Reinforce:

You now understand:

• Range

• Control

• Force

• How imbalance appears

Now the real question becomes:

How do we restore balance intentionally?

This is the pivot.

PART 2 — The Programming Question

Clarify:

Programming is not:

“What exercises should I use?”

Programming is:

• Where is the deficit?

• Where is the dominance?

• What needs restoring?

That’s the system.

Not templates.

Not random variation.

Not chasing numbers.

Structural proportion.

PART 3 — Durability as Proportion

Reinforce the governing principle:

Durability = balance across Range, Control, and Force.

Then sharpen it:

If Force outpaces Range and Control → fragility.

If Range outpaces Control and Force → instability.

If Control outpaces Range and Force → rigidity.

Add this line:

Programming must develop the three pillars in proportion — not isolation.

That closes the conceptual loop.

PART 4 — The Coach’s New Lens

Explain:

Traditional coaching lens:

“How do I make them stronger?”

3D coaching lens:

“What side of the triangle is lagging?”

That’s the intellectual shift.

Then reinforce:

We don’t chase weakness.

We restore structural balance.

That language matters.

PART 5 — Transition to Assessment

Now prepare Module 3.

Say something like:

Before we can program intelligently, we must identify imbalance accurately.

Then:

In Module 3, we build the 3D Assessment Model™ — so durability becomes measurable.

Clean.

Forward-facing.

Professional.

Structural Integrity Check

Module 2 now flows cleanly:

  1. Reveal the Triangle
  2. Define Range
  3. Define Control
  4. Define Force
  5. Show Imbalance
  6. Connect to Programming Logic

That’s tight architecture.

No fluff.

No overlap.

No premature complexity.
