PART 1 — Over-Layering Complexity
One of the most common mistakes:
Adding everything at once.
• Multi-plane
• Unilateral
• Live load
• Momentum
• Reactive base
All in the same block.
Complexity is not proof of intelligence.
Complexity must be earned.
If range and control do not hold,
increasing stress accelerates imbalance.
Layer gradually.
PART 2 — Jumping to Momentum Too Early
Momentum load is attractive.
It looks athletic.
It feels dynamic.
But momentum amplifies:
• Deceleration demand
• Timing demand
• Absorption demand
If control is not organized first,
momentum exposes fragility.
Momentum is layered after structure — not before.
PART 3 — Confusing Instability with Control
Instability is not the same as control.
Shaking does not equal adaptation.
Reactive base and live load:
Are tools — not solutions.
If a client cannot stabilize on a fixed base,
adding instability masks the problem.
Control is trained through organized force.

Reactive base is context-specific.
It makes sense for:

It does not make sense as a default.
The 3D Strength System emphasizes:
Stable base + moving load.
Ground instability is situational — not superior.
PART 5 — Feeding the Dominant Pillar
Assessment reveals imbalance.
The mistake is:
Continuing to feed the dominant quality.
Examples:
• Force-dominant lifter adding more grind
• Range-dominant client stretching endlessly
• Control-deficient client avoiding asymmetry
Bias must restore proportion.
Not reinforce comfort.
PART 6 — Overloading Restricted Range
If range is limited:
Adding heavy load does not restore it.
It compresses it.
If someone lacks:
Hip rotation
Thoracic rotation
Shoulder arc
Heavy bilateral sagittal loading reinforces restriction.
Range must be restored before scaled.
PART 7 — Confusing Fatigue with Progress
Sweat is not adaptation.
Exhaustion is not structure.
If sessions feel:
Chaotic
Maximal
Random
But structure is deteriorating,
Progress is illusion.
Durability improves when structure improves.
Not when fatigue increases.
PART 8 — Removing Bilateral Work Entirely
Some coaches overcorrect.
They remove:
• Squats
• Deadlifts
• Presses
Entirely.
That is also imbalance.
Bilateral work is foundational.
It must remain.
It simply must not dominate.
PART 9 — Programming Chaos Instead of Structure
Random variation is not intelligent programming.
Throwing together:
Rotation
Instability
Momentum
Asymmetry
Without bias or structure creates noise.
Noise is not durability.
Structure is.
