PART 1 — The Application Framework
Every client follows the same logic.
Not the same program — the same thinking process.

The model does not replace strength training.
It refines it.
PART 2 — Case Study Format
When applying the model, always structure your thinking:
Step 1 — Identify the Imbalance
From assessment:
• Where does movement collapse?
• Where does compensation appear?
• What pillar is lagging?
• What pillar is dominant?
Do not overdiagnose.
You are identifying structural proportion — not pathology.
Step 2 — Determine Dominant Pillar
Examples:
Force dominant → Strong but restricted
Range dominant → Mobile but unstable
Control deficient → Shaky under asymmetry
This determines bias direction.
Step 3 — Select Corrective Emphasis
Corrective does not mean rehab.
It means structural restoration.
If Range is weak:
→ Expand planes
→ Integrate loaded range
→ Use light offset tools
If Control is weak:
→ Increase asymmetry
→ Introduce live load
→ Emphasize deceleration
If Force is weak:
→ Bias fixed load
→ Keep base stable
→ Build output first
Bias restores balance.
Step 4 — Integrate Without Removing Foundations
This is critical.
You do not remove:
Squats
Deadlifts
Presses
Pulls
You adjust their proportion.
Bilateral strength anchors remain.
They simply stop dominating.
This prevents overcorrection.
PART 3 — Real-World Example
Client presents:
• Strong squat
• Poor single-leg control
• Restricted thoracic rotation
Application:
Maintain bilateral squat (moderate emphasis).
Add unilateral base work.
Expand transverse plane exposure.
Introduce offset loading gradually.
Structure is preserved.
Bias is layered.
PART 4 — Communication with the Client
Do not say:
“You’re imbalanced.”
Say:
“We’re going to expand your strength so it transfers better.”
Do not say:
“You lack control.”
Say:
“We’re going to organize your force under asymmetry.”
Language matters.
The client doesn’t need the architecture.
They need clarity.
PART 5 — The Big Reminder
The system is not rigid.
It adapts.
But the logic never changes.
Assessment drives bias.
Bias drives stress.
