Purpose: Confirm system comprehension.
Format
• 40 questions
• Mix of multiple choice + short written
• Pass mark: 80%
• One retake allowed after review

- Range, Control, Force (clean definitions)
- Structural imbalance examples
- Force Matrix classifications
- Pillar-based biasing logic

PART 2 — Applied Case Scenarios
Purpose: Confirm decision-making ability.
Provide 3 client cases.
For each case they must:
- Identify dominant pillar
- Identify weakest pillar
- Explain programming bias
- Select appropriate load behaviours
- Identify what should be reduced or delayed
No sets.
No exercise lists.
We test thinking.
This separates:
People who watched videos
From people who understand structure.
PART 3 — Structural Programming Submission
Purpose: Confirm integration ability.
They must submit:
A 4-week structural outline including:
• Assessment summary
• Identified imbalance
• Primary bias
• Load behaviour strategy
• Complexity layering plan
• Guardrails applied
They must explain WHY.
Not just WHAT.
We are grading logic.
PASS REQUIREMENTS
To become Certified:
✔ 80% written exam
✔ Pass applied scenarios
✔ Programming outline approved
If programming logic is weak → resubmission required.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS CLAUSE
Certification requires:
• Successful completion of all assessments
• Agreement to system principles
• Ethical and professional conduct
Certification may be revoked if conduct significantly misrepresents or undermines the principles and standards of the 3D Strength System.
Grounds include:
• Misrepresentation of qualification
• Unsafe programming
• Ethical misconduct
• Brand abuse
You don’t expect to revoke.
