If this is a real credential, it cannot just be a multiple-choice quiz.

It needs to test:

  1. Do they understand the theory?
  2. Can they apply the logic?
  3. Can they think like a 3D Coach?

So we build it in three layers.

Not hard for the sake of ego.

Structured for integrity.

Certified 3D Strength Coach™

Positioning Tone:
This credential is earned through demonstrated understanding, application, and professional conduct.

Not hype.
Not exclusivity theatre.
Standards.

PART 1 — Written Knowledge Examination

Purpose: Confirm system comprehension.

Format

• 40 questions
• Mix of multiple choice + short written
• Pass mark: 80%
• One retake allowed after review

What It Tests

  • Blind spots in traditional programming
  • Definition of durability
  • Range, Control, Force (clean definitions)
  • Structural imbalance examples
  • Force Matrix classifications
  • Pillar-based biasing logic
  • Common programming errors
  • Guardrails

This confirms they understand the architecture.

Not memorisation.
Understanding.

PART 2 — Applied Case Scenarios

Purpose: Confirm decision-making ability.

Provide 3 client cases.

For each case they must:

  1. Identify dominant pillar
  2. Identify weakest pillar
  3. Explain programming bias
  4. Select appropriate load behaviours
  5. Identify what should be reduced or delayed

No sets.
No exercise lists.

We test thinking.

This separates:
People who watched videos
From people who understand structure.

PART 3 — Structural Programming Submission

Purpose: Confirm integration ability.

They must submit:

A 4-week structural outline including:

• Assessment summary
• Identified imbalance
• Primary bias
• Load behaviour strategy
• Complexity layering plan
• Guardrails applied

They must explain WHY.

Not just WHAT.

We are grading logic.

Judgment

Not memory alone.

It filters:

Trend followers

From structural thinkers.
