This is where it becomes real.
Give them 3–4 client profiles.
They must:
• Identify dominant pillar
• Identify weakest pillar
• Explain bias
• Select load behaviours
• Explain what they would delay
No sets.
No exercises.
Just structural reasoning.
Example:
Client:
Strong bilateral squat.
Limited rotation.
Shaky single-leg stance.
Questions:
- Primary dominance?
- Weak pillar?
- First 4-week emphasis?
- Which load behaviours are appropriate?
- What should be reduced?
This tests system thinking.
